Information and techniques in the work shops come from various psychotherapy methods, including of NLP and CBT.
One Hour Workshops
- Stress Management
- Confidence Building
A one hour workshop which includes a relaxation CD and a work book.
The workbook contains questionnaires that can be used to find out about how your thinking and beliefs affect your feelings and behaviours, and techniques are described to help you to make the corrections needed to allow you to feel better.
The workshop involves explaining the workbook, and how to use it, and practicing some of the techniques offered.
Longer Workshops

- Goal Achievement
Longer workshops also come with a work book and relaxation CD, but allow more time to practice some of the techniques in the workshop and offer more methods of working which can be demonstrated during the workshop.
Workshops can be tailored to the time requirements of the client, and exercises and techniques will be taken from many methods of working, depending on the focus of the workshop and the time allowed.
A workshop can be designed to cover Stress Management, Confidence building and goal achievement all in the same workshop, if enough time can be allocated to cover all three in sufficient detail.
