Personal Therapy: Brief Therapy
Brief Therapy
This is a two hour Session, which includes a Therapy CD and written support material. If required, a follow up session of one or two hours can be booked to assess your progress.
Therapy methods include CBT, NLP, TA and Hypnotherapy. All exercises used in the session will be provided in written form so that you have a record of how the results were achieve for future reference.
A hypnotherapy CD will also be recorded at this session to assist you with the change processes you require.
A follow up session can be booked if required.
