Confidence
Most people say they would like to have more confidence. This is sometimes general and sometimes specific. But one thing is certain, everyone is born confident. That confidence stack gets lowered according to the experiences of living. Things like the socialisation process, learning that things don’t always turn out the way we expect, other people’s fears, beliefs, and values being taken on board, and sometimes experiences which have been difficult to cope with, can all affect confidence.
Hypnotherapy can help with confidence by isolating difficult issues, teaching techniques for dealing with problem areas and building up self esteem. Self image is important to confidence, and this can be analysed and corrected where necessary.
