Aspire Therapies was founded in 2008 and is based at the consulting rooms above Grout’s Bakers at Tarpots, Benfleet.

Susan Clements  BSc (Hons) Psychology

Susan has been working in private practice for a number of years as a Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist, helping people of all ages.  She is an Accredited member of The Association for Professional Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (APHP) and an Accredited member of the National Register of Psychotherapists and Counsellors (NRPC)  Susan is also registered with the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council. (CNHC).

Kathy-May Clements BA (Hons)

Kathy-May specialises in running workshops, creatively combining psychology  theories with workshop based exercises to help people to understand themselves better and equip them to plan and move towards their goals and increase their skills both personally and within a business environment.

Kathy-May’s enthusiasm for her work is both evident and contagious, providing a memorable and enjoyable learning experience for all who attend her workshops.

Donna Clements  Adv Dip FdA Counselling

Donna is an experienced counsellor and a member of BACP.  Donna mostly adopts the Person Centred method of counselling when working with clients, which she has worked successfully with for a number of years.

She has spent time working in a Secondary school environment offering counselling to the students, and also enjoys working with children.

John Tabram
